ProDev / KDesigns Property Development is a licensed construction general contractor based in Funkstown, MD, USA. We specialize in residential structural and non structural framing and are licensed with Maryland Home Builder Registration (MHBR), Prince George's County Builder's Contractor's license (PG County BC license), and Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) and West Virginia Contractor Board. Our team consists of skilled carpenters with over 25 years of experience in structural framing carpentry and other trade professionals.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Apprentice Carpenter. The Apprentice Carpenter will be responsible for assisting carpenters with various tasks, such as framing, finish carpentry, and using power and hand tools.
Qualifications
Carpentry and framing skills
Experience with power and hand tools
Finish carpentry skills
Ability to follow instructions
Detail-oriented and willing to learn
Ability to work in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical school training or apprenticeship experience is a plus
