As a hand selected company or worker, who have successfully worked with ProDev / KDesigns Property Development (fka KDesigns Construct) on previous projects and have received a Letter of Request 2023: Project development module will be posted here soon. Go through module or schedule an appointment with our Project Development Specialist before you apply or submit for partnership.

Instruction for submission: We are accepting proposal for partnership. Partnership submission includes but not limited to application form, work resume, work references, W9. Relevant documents must be submitted for application to be accepted. More details will be included in module. Online submission is currently available at www.kdesignsprodev.com. Email submission is also currently available. Email kdesignsprodev.com to request Partner submission packet. Topics expected to be covered in scheduled appointments include partnership, general subcontract and sponsor options.
