ProDev / KDesigns Property Development (formerly known as KDesigns Construct): Letter of request to supply property development services and ancillaries for proposed project(s).
About us: ProDev / KDesigns Property Development has over 10 years serving Maryland governments and our local customers with property development/real-estate services. We serve both commercial as well as residential property development. We have presence in Washington, Frederick, Carroll, Baltimore, Montgomery, Prince Georges counties and Baltimore City as a contractor and Virginia, DC, PA and WV as sub-contractor. We complete our projects with successful association with local partners.
Business Requirement: We are looking for construction material and workers in our Baltimore and Washington County project sites. You should have minimum 10 years of experience in construction / real-estate development industry and experience in managing large projects. Detailed requirement is posted at our site with required documents etc. If you received a Letter of Request email from us in December of 2022, you have worked with ProDev / KDesigns Property Development in the past and have been hand selected and approved to receive this Letter of Request; because you and ProDev have worked together on projects to successful completion and we thank you again.
Proposed Time Line: Due to customer budget, time restraints and material acquisition....all projects should be completed on a timely matter for cost efficiency due to budget restraints and permit approval process. We propose to complete two special innovative sustainable urban development projects by Fall 2023. Instruction for submission: We are accepting proposal for partnership staring January 3, 2023. The cut off date will be established and posted at our website. Partnership submission without relevant documents will not be accepted. Online submission is available at www.kdesignsprodev.com as of January 3, 2023.
